These Terms of Use apply to your use of smaiz.dev (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by SMAIZ INNOVATIONS LTD ("Smaiz", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us
SMAIZ INNOVATIONS LTD is a software company. We build web applications, mobile apps, AI systems and SaaS platforms for clients, and we develop and operate our own products, including LALASS, Little Fluent and BigFluent.
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our company, services and products, and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the Website for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- send spam, malicious code or false information through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or the systems behind it;
- copy, scrape or republish the Website's content for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Our services and quotes
The information on the Website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer to contract. Any project, price, timeline or deliverable is binding only when it is set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by SMAIZ INNOVATIONS LTD and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
4. Our products
LALASS, Little Fluent and BigFluent each have their own terms and privacy policy, published on their websites and in their apps. Those terms, not these, govern your use of each product.
5. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, design, logos, graphics and code, belongs to SMAIZ INNOVATIONS LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The names "Smaiz", "LALASS", "Little Fluent" and "BigFluent" and their logos are our brands. You may not use them without our written permission.
Ownership of software we build for clients is set out in each client agreement.
6. Links to other websites
The Website may link to websites run by other people. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
7. No warranty
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or completely up to date.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SMAIZ INNOVATIONS LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Ghana.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share through the Website.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
